The Port Blair Airport is officially called Veer Savarkar Airport and is the main airport of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Equipment like ILS are present in the airport to conduct operations during low visibility. There is only one terminal, which has two gates. Bus services are available for transportation between the terminal area and aircraft parking. The bus stand is present quite near the Port Blair Airport, only 2 km away. Buses are available to reach every corner of the city from this bus stand.

All major airlines operate from the Port Blair Airport and some of them are Air India, Jet Airways, GoAir, SpiceJet, All India Regional, JetKonnect, and Jal Hans. The most popular destinations from this airport are Kolkata, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Bhubaneswar, Havelock Waterdrome, and Delhi.
