Fire kills 17 people in Cracker Factory in Andhra Pradesh

17 people including 14 women have died in a firecracker factory in Andhra Pradesh due to a fire that broke out at the manufacturing unit. As per media reports, there were 30 people in the factory when the fire broke out and still two women are untraceable. The government has ordered to investigate whether the factory owner neglected fire safety measures. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has declared Rs. 2 lakh compensation for the families of the people who have died in the incident. The injured were being taken to Kakinada General Hospital.
