Chittaurgarh

Chittaurgarh or Chittorgarh District is located in the Indian state of Rajasthan. Chittorgarh city is its administrative headquarters. Chittaurgarh district, covering a total area of about 10,856 square kilometers, has a population of about 1,802,656 as per 2001 census.

Location of Chittorgarh District:

The eastern part of the district is bordered by Neemuch District ( Madhya Pradesh). The western part of the district is surrounded by Neemuch and Mandsaur( Madhya Pradesh). To its east lies Udaipur as well as Rajsamand. To the north lies Bhilwara.
