Junagadh does not have an airport of its own. Therefore, in order to reach Junagadh by air, one has to avail the services at the Keshod Airport, which is the closest one.
The distance between Keshod Airport and Junagadh is 40 kilometers. Direct flights to Mumbai can be availed from this airport. Air transport to Junagadh also facilitates from the presence of airports at Porbandar and Rajkot, standing at a distance of 113 and 99 kilometers respectively.
Vayadoot Airline operates cheap flights from Mumbai to Rajkot and Keshod airport. Indian Airlines also operates scheduled flights to Mumbai from Rajkot. Gujarat Airways provides flights from Keshod to Mumbai and back on four days of the week. The airways provide regular flights to Mumbai from Rajkot.
From the Keshod and Rajkot Airport, there are several modes of conveyance that will take the tourists to Junagadh. Apart from the private travel agencies, the GSRTC also provides bus services, connecting Junagadh to the various air terminals.
