More Rainfall in Madhya Pradesh in Next 24 Hours, Predicts IMD As per the reports, 22 people died, many are missing, more than 7,000 people have been rescued in the Madhya Pradesh flood. Some of the most affected districts are Rewa, Raisen, Mandla, Seoni, Sehore, Sagar, Damoh, Tikamgarh, and Agar-Malwa. The rescued people are living in camps. Heavy showers in Pithogarh and Chamoli district of Uttarakhand led to the death of twelve people, while twenty-five are still missing. The landslides buried houses in these districts, leaving many trapped under the rubbles. Among the twelve dead, 8 persons died in the cloudburst and four due to torrential rains. Rescuers are working hard to locate the people.
