Ingredients for Mango Mania Smoothie (Serves 2)
- 2 ripe mangoes, diced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp julienned ginger
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Water (if needed to reduce the thickness of consistency)
Method to prepare for Mango Mania Smoothie
- In a blender, add the mangoes, lemon juice, ginger and oatmeal and blend it well.
- Next, add the chia seeds and blend them again.
- If the consistency is too thick, add some water and blend it again until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour in a glass and serve it as per your wish.
