Answer. Sulh- I -kul policy of Akbar (i) Different ethnic and religious communities had freedom of expression but on condition that they did not undermine the authority of the state or fight among themselves. (ii) He ensured that justice and peace. (iii) The nobility was comprised of Iranis, Turanis, Afghans,Rajputs, Deccanis, etc who were given positions and awards based on merit and services. (iv) .
