(serves 4) Curry cut chicken - 800 gms Onion - 3 cup (chopped) Tomato - 1 cup (chopped) Ginger - 2 inch piece (finely cut) Garlic - 8 to 10 cloves (chopped) Dahi - 1 cup Fresh dhania leaves for garnishing Dry Masala Salt to taste Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Whole Spices Whole red chilies - 2 to 3 Cinnamon -2 inch piece Bay leaves - 2 Badi elaichi - 2 to 3 Javitri - 1 Oil - 2 cup

How to make Chicken Do Pyaza

Preparation time: 10 min. Cooking time: 45 min. Heat oil in a kadhai and saute the whole spices for 2-3 min. Add onion and fry till light brown. Add garlic and ginger and fry until the mixture is golden brown. Add all dry masala and fry for 3-4 min. Add tomatoes with little water and cook for 4-5 min till they turn soft. Add curry cut chicken and dahi and cook on low heat for 30 min under a cover with occasional stirring. Take out in the serving bowl, garnish with dhania leaves. Serve hot with your choice of Indian bread.
