This preparation is a combo of all your favorite vegetables in a Chinese preparation, I love the colorful bell peppers, mushrooms and broccoli, so I used all the same, you can choose your favorites. The curry uses soy sauce and vinegar to bring out an authentic taste, so use this Chinese Chili Garlic Vegetables Recipe. All you need is (serves 4) Oil - 2 tbsp Garlic - 2 tsp (cut in small pieces) Ginger - 1 tsp (cut in small pieces) Mix cut vegetables - 3 cup (I used red, yellow and green bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower) Soy sauce - 1 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Red chili sauce - 2 tsp Tomato ketchup - 2 tsp Salt to taste Cornflour - 2 tbsp Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Spring onions for garnishing (cut in small pieces)

Chinese Chili Garlic Vegetables Recipe

Preparation time - 15 min. Cooking time: 20 min. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and fry for a min. Add all vegetables and add water to slightly cover them and let it come to a boil. Add soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, salt and black pepper powder and mix well. Cook for about 2-3 min. Mix cornflour in little water and add the paste to the pan. Cook till the curry thickens. Garnish with spring onions. Serve hot with noodles or rice.
