I loved having them with roti, paratha or even bread slice and I carry the same excitement even now. Constantly on the lookout to give a interesting and healthy variation to the dishes, I added palak to my recipe today and made Chole Palak. The green color thick gravy made them look even more interesting to eat and they tasted very yummy. You could serve them with home made roti or rice and they go equally well with both. Chole dishes also come in handy for picnics and trips and since this gravy is thick, it can be easily packed, so you get taste and nutrition on the go. Let's see how to make it with this Chole Palak Recipe All you need is (serves 4) Palak - 4 cups ( cleaned and chopped ) Oil - 3 tbsp Onion - 1 cup ( chopped ) Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp Tomato - 1 cup ( chopped ) Coriander powder - 2 tsp Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Chole - 1 cup ( soaked for a few hours and boiled till soft )
