As you can imagine, its very simple to make this at home and served quickly. Anytime you are in mood for a chaat Dahi Poori can do wonders to your expectations, you can alter the spices for your taste and even make it for kids to enjoy, in fact since the spices can be added at the last minute, this dish can be customized to individual liking. It is also a good variation to papdi chaat and can be made with broken gol gappa's as well. Keep this Dahi Poori up your sleeve and enjoy it any day you like.

Ingredients needed for Dahi Poori

(serves 4) Gol gappa - 20 Potatoes - 2 medium (boiled, peeled and cut in small pieces) Dahi - 1 & 1/2 cup Tamarind chutney (saunth) - 1/4 cup Green chutney - 1/4 cup Salt to taste Zeera powder - 1/2 tsp Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp Bhujiya sev for garnishing Pomegranate seeds for garnishing. Fresh dhania leaves for garnishing.

How to make Dahi Poori

Preparation time: 5 min. Cooking time: 10 min. Line up the gol gappa in the serving tray. Break them from the top and add boiled potatoes. Pour dahi, tamarind chutney and green chutney all over. Sprinkle salt, red chili powder and zeera powder. Garnish with bhujiya sev, pomegranate seeds and fresh dhania leaves. Serve fresh.
