All you need is (serves 4) Chicken legs - 4 to 6 Oil for frying For Marination Whisked dahi - 1 cup Salt - 1 tsp Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp Lemon juice - 1 tsp For Dry Mixture Maida - 1 & 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Garlic powder - 1 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Bread crumbs powder - 1/4 tsp For Batter Maida - 1 & 1/2 cup Eggs - 2 Black pepper powder - 1 tsp Red chili powder - 1 tsp Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tsp

Fried Chicken Recipe

Preparation time: 10 min. Cooking time: 30 min. Make cuts in the chicken. Mix all ingredients for the marination, apply all over chicken, cover and keep for an hour. In a plate mix all ingredients for the dry mixture. Keep aside. In a bowl mix all ingredients for the batter. Keep aside. Heat oil in a pan. Roll the chicken in the dry mixture, dip it in the batter and again roll it in the dry mixture. Deep fry for 15-20 min or until golden brown. Drain on a kitchen tissue. Serve hot.
