The mercury has been touching new highs and everyone is looking for some respite. Just like most of my fellow countrymen, I love to have tea, however sometimes I do have to think twice to have my hot cup of tea in this summer weather. But, at the same time, I cannot just keep away from it. Few years back, I chanced upon this nice variation to tea in its cold form and since then I've made it a practice to replace at least some of my cups with this nice refreshing drink. Lemon gives it a nice flavor and texture and makes it more appealing. You can enjoy this amazing lemon iced tea with or without any snacks. So, here is the recipe.
