Couple of days back we talked about Sarson Ka Saag, this saag goes well with Makki Ki Roti, so without much delay let's talk today about this delicious roti. As is apparent this is made with makki ka aata, kneaded soft and then roasted over a tava and then directly over the flame. It takes a bit longer to cook this roti than a regular wheat roti but the extra time is just worth it. Serve it with some white butter brushed on the top and the taste multi-folds.
