Just back from the market I was wondering what to have for lunch. I wanted something light, at the same time filling and healthy when I noticed some left over vegetables in the fridge. With all these I made wonderful Mix Veg Wrap, I really had a very nice meal with these. These can be carried out on a picnic in butter paper or just served hot for a different meal. They go well with hot coffee and cold drink. You could add your choice of vegetables, as I used carrot, cabbage and paneer. It's fairly easy to make these wraps so when you are not in a mood to make a full Indian meal, use this Mix Veg Wrap Recipe and serve fresh.
All you need is (serves 4)
Oil - 4 tsp
Mayonnaise - 4 tsp
Mint leaves - 8-10
For Dough
Maida - 1 cup
Oil - 2 tsp
Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
For Filling
Carrot - 1 cup (grated)
Cabbage - 2 cup (cut finely)
Green peas - 1 cup (boiled)
Paneer - 1 cup (grated)
Garlic - 4-5 cloves (cut in small pieces)
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (grated)
Oil - 2 tsp
Chaat masala - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
