I wanted something light, at the same time filling and healthy when I noticed some left over vegetables in the fridge. With all these I made wonderful Mix Veg Wrap, I really had a very nice meal with these. These can be carried out on a picnic in butter paper or just served hot for a different meal. They go well with hot coffee and cold drink. You could add your choice of vegetables, as I used carrot, cabbage and paneer. It's fairly easy to make these wraps so when you are not in a mood to make a full Indian meal, use this Mix Veg Wrap Recipe and serve fresh.
