Manchurians have got famous as Indian Chinese dishes, you can find them with many street vendors. Some of the dishes which are available are gobhi manchurian, paneer manchurian, mushroom manchurian and more. Today I tried my hand at making Mushroom Manchurian and it turned out fabulous. It goes perfect as an evening snack with a hot cup of tea or coffee and can be a favorite pass time. Mushrooms mixed with other ingredients gives out a perfect Chinese dish and a good variation to your regular cooking. You can make it at home with this Mushroom Manchurian Recipe and enjoy with your family or friends.
All you need is (serves 4)
Mushroom - 200 gms
Spring onion - 2 cup (cut in small pieces) + for garnishing
Green chili - 2 (cut in small pieces)
Ginger - 1 tsp (grated)
Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves (cut in small pieces)
Green capsicum - 1/2 cup (cut in square pieces)
Soy sauce - 3 tsp
White vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder -1 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp & to fry
For Batter
Maida - 1 & 1/2 cup
Cornflour - 2 tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 2 pinch
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1 cup
