It was so tempting that I just wanted to have some quickly. On my next visit to the fruit market I made sure to buy a few pomegranates and try out preparing something different out of it. I used those amazing red seeds to make Pomegranate and Ginger Cooler, a wonderful drink for the humid weather, the colour looks so inviting that it refreshes you instantly. Pomegranate and Ginger Cooler can be made quickly, and I recommend using the red seed pomegranate over white ones for the colour. The ginger also blends very well and gives a natural ease to the throat. It is a perfect drink to serve after a long day at work or play or you can use it as a mocktail for the evening party guests. Use this simple recipe and refresh your day with Pomegranate And Ginger Cooler.
