- 2 Zucchini
- 1 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoon Desi Ghee
- 1 Spoon poppy seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Cardamom Powder
- Half Bowl Sugar
- Cashew Nuts
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Pistachios
- Take two zucchinis and peel them well.
- Wash the zucchinis and grate them in a big bowl.
- Pour the grated mixture of Zucchini into a frying pan and stir well on high flame until the water content gets absorbed.
- Pour milk into the grated mixture of Zucchini and stir well until the milk gets mixed with the Zucchini.
- When the milk gets dry, add half a bowl of sugar and two tablespoons of pure desi ghee to the Zucchini.
- Add cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios, walnuts, poppy seeds and cardamom powder in the zucchini halwa and stir well on High well.
- Cook until all the ingredients get mixed up well.
- Serve hot
