Christmas is just round the corner and red color is in full flow, this time let us make a Strawberry Muffins and serve them through this month of festivities. These muffins go perfectly well with adults and kids and can be served in breakfast or snacks. They are also good to carry out on picnics and outings. So celebrate your Christmas mornings listening to Christmas carols with this Strawberry Muffin Recipe. All you need is (makes 10-12 muffins) Maida - 2 cups Sugar - 3/4 cup Salt - 1/4 tsp Baking powder - 3 tsp Milk - 1 cup Egg - 1 Oil - 1/4 cup (you can use any vegetable oil) Strawberry - 1 cup (cut in small pieces) Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp Muffin tray For topping Maida - 3 tbsp Sugar - 1/4 cup Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp Butter - 3 tbsp Oats - 1/4 cup

Strawberry Muffins Recipe

Preparation time: 20 min. Cooking time: 30 min. Preheat the oven to 180 C. Prepare the muffin tray by putting muffin liners in each slot. Mix the topping ingredients in a bowl and keep aside. Mix maida, sugar, salt, baking powder in a bowl. Mix vanilla essence, oil, milk and egg in a separate bowl. Mix the two bowls together to make a batter and add strawberries to it Fill the batter in each of the muffin slot in the tray keeping a little space to the slot. Top the batter with topping ingredients from the bowl. Bake for 20-25 min. Remove from oven. Serve fresh Strawberry Muffins.
