- Battery Charge: The phone battery must be charged to at least 50% to facilitate the automated test process. This ensures a seamless examination of the device's functionality.
- Amazon App Login: Customers must be logged into their Amazon account on their used phone. This login is crucial to facilitate the verification process seamlessly, ensuring a hassle-free exchange experience.
