- Hung curd (thick yoghurt)
- Lemon juice
- Ginger-garlic paste
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder

- Garam masala
- Chaat masala
- Salt
- Oil
Preparation
1. mix the hung curd, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and salt to make a smooth marinade. 2. Add the paneer cubes, mango, capsicum, and onion to the marinade and mix gently to coat them evenly. 3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight, to let the flavours blend well. 4. Thread the marinated paneer, mango, capsicum, and onion cubes onto skewers. 5. Preheat a grill or tandoor. 6. Grill the skewers until the paneer is cooked and the vegetables are tender. 7.
