India has seen a lot of success in Boxing in the year 2009. With Vijender Kumar winning the first ever Olympic medal (bronze) for India in Boxing in 2008, Indian boxing got new enthusiasm and motivation in 2009, which led to some inspirational performances from the Indian boxers.
